We Are Hiring an Experienced and Dynamic Corporate Trainer.We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join our growing team and lead training initiatives across our locations in Calicut, Kannur, and Malappuram.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing engaging learning modules, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management to identify and assess company-wide training needs Plan, design, and deliver effective training programs across departments Develop engaging training materials including modules, videos, and presentations Oversee and manage training budgets efficiently Conduct onboarding sessions and guide new employees Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and recommend improvements Keep updated with the latest training tools, technologies, and industry practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities In-depth knowledge of modern corporate training techniques and trends Ability to engage and motivate participants at all levels Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
