We're not looking for classroom lecturers. We're looking for

Business Coaches and Startup Mentors

who can bring real-world startup experience to the table and guide participants through strategy, execution, and transformation.

What You'll Do

Coach founders, not just teach them.

Help them design roadmaps, refine business models, and avoid costly mistakes.

Mentor in action.

Work side by side as they build MVPs, acquire customers, and pitch to investors.

Design real-world playbooks.

Create frameworks, tools, and strategies founders can actually use.

Be a role model.

Share your journey, failures, and wins as a coach who has been in their shoes.
Who You Are

An

ex-founder, operator, consultant, or domain expert

with at least 3+ years of practical experience. Strong in your field--whether it's strategy, finance, tech, marketing, sales, operations, or R&D. Someone who thrives in a

startup ecosystem

and wants to give back by shaping the next generation. More
