Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant

with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in

Mumbai

. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance background and a passion for technology to grow in a consulting role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct user training and support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development. Support post-go-live activities including troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Document processes, configurations, and user guides as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC as a functional consultant. MBA in Finance (preferred) or a related qualification with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. Good understanding of ERP business processes - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certification. Exposure to Power BI or other Microsoft tools. Experience working in client-facing roles or consulting engagements.
