Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in capability development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in developing and implementing business capabilities in a retail environment. - Ability to create comprehensive documentation and position papers that articulate the value of new capabilities. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee the development process.
