Manage and grow a portfolio of MSME / SME / business banking clients
Acquire new business banking customers for loans and allied financial products
Understand client business requirements and offer suitable lending solutions
Achieve assigned targets for business loans, cross-sell, and revenue generation
Build long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Provide end-to-end support from lead sourcing to loan disbursement
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding of business clients
Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, and repeat business opportunities
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, bank policies, and internal SOPs
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels
Track and maintain MIS, portfolio reports, and client activity updates
Identify risk indicators and support portfolio quality and asset health
Stay updated on business banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings
Act as a trusted advisor to clients for long-term relationship growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
