Role Summary
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. BDM is responsible for relationship management and for ensuring that projects deliver against the goals and targets laid out in the results management framework. Also responsible for generating new business, customer leads and acting as a focal point for business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities in target markets for our organization's products and services.
Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients.
Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.
Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.
Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Training the team members.
Contacting potential clients to arrange appointments and meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
