Mandate 3 - Employees will work fulltime from their base location i.e. Bangalore.

Position Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business

processes, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making using data-driven

methodologies.

This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience and

strong technical proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources

using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key

performance indicators for various business units.

Prepare and present findings in a clear and actionable manner for business

stakeholders.

Support requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling for new

initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to

deliver on business objectives.

Participate in data quality improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a

related field.

1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on skills in SQL for querying databases, Python for data manipulation or

automation, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).

Experience in building dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI for business

reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Preferred SkillsExperience with process modeling or BPM tools is a plus.

Exposure to other BI tools (like Tableau) or reporting platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management tools.
