Role overview:
Identify and convert new business opportunities related to web development, mobile development, e-commerce, digital marketing, staff augmentation etc. services.
Execute on-call sales and warm calling strategies to engage prospective clients and assess their needs.
Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator to generate high-quality leads.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new client segments and stay ahead of industry trends.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, track progress, and update CRM tools for visibility and forecasting.
Proactively address client queries, concerns, and feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
Experienced into Inside Sales.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
