Job Title: Business Associate

The Business Associate is expected to lead performance tracking, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights for critical business functions. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, maintaining structural data sources, and enabling business teams with automated reporting and dashboards. The candidate should be able to independently structure ambiguous problems, extract and interpret relevant data-driven insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to drive decisions and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Own and maintain core data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability across multiple stakeholders.


Analyze large and complex datasets to solve business problems, leveraging advanced SQL and Python techniques.


Build automated reporting frameworks and create dynamic dashboards using Google Sheets, Power BI, and other visualization platforms.


Develop and maintain self-serve tools, leveraging AppScript, Appsheet, and Python automation for recurring business use cases.


Scope ambiguous problems, structure them effectively, and drive them through to execution and implementation.


Partner with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data quality through instrumentation and feedback loops.


Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data processes to improve operational efficiency.


Manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects and deliver insights that support business decision-making at scale.

Desired Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field.


3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or data analytics roles.


Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI; working knowledge of AppScript and Appsheet is a plus.


Proven track record of building and maintaining structural data sources and automated reporting solutions.


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
