Global Training Module (GTM)

, covering Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance over

, progressing through the levels:

Business Associate ? HR Trainer ? Team Leader ? Assistant Branch Head ? Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote top-tier clients (Blue-Chip Companies) Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships Engage in field activities and prospecting within assigned regions Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 15-20 young professionals Oversee training and team development Gain a strong understanding of business operations and financial management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Excellent business awareness and problem-solving abilities Creative, hardworking, and high-energy personality Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate Freshers welcome Experience: 0-1years Age: 20-26 years

Up to ₹25,000 per month as a Trainee
