We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join IndiaFirst Life Insurance as Business Associates (BAs).

As a Business Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our life insurance and financial products, building strong customer relationships, and helping people secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products. Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Build and manage a team of Advisors/Agents. Achieve sales and recruitment targets set by the company. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale service.
Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream) Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in marketing, sales, or financial services.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,949.02 per month
