A Tele-Calling Executive in a share market or stock broking firm is responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services such as
Demat accounts, trading accounts, mutual funds, IPOs, and investment plans
. The role involves client interaction, lead conversion, and customer relationship management over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
Call potential clients to explain stock market products and services.
Account Opening:
Assist clients in opening Demat and trading accounts.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into active clients.
Relationship Building:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide regular market updates.
Advisory Support:
Educate clients on basic stock market concepts, investment options, and benefits.
Documentation:
Guide clients through the account verification and KYC process.
Sales Target:
Achieve assigned sales and revenue goals within given timelines.
Follow-Up:
Maintain timely follow-ups with interested clients for activation and investment.
Reporting:
Prepare daily call and conversion reports for team leaders or managers.
Compliance:
Follow all SEBI and company guidelines while communicating with clients.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Good command over Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into action
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
