Job Responsibilities:- Recruitment of Agency Partners- Planning and Goal Setting- Plan goals & performance needs for AP's in a periodic manner- Own the operational aspects of coding of a new AP and other day to day interactions with the support function- Can successfully run " Train -Audit- Retrain" cycle on skills of AP's- To regularly hold the meetings with Branch Manager for training advisors on various fronts- To make visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basis- To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully- To expand our reach to untapped customersPre-requisites :Exp. 4-7 Yrs. in sales with 1-3 yrs. team handling exp.Age Limit 24 to 39 years.Education Qualification: Graduate in Any stream.If you are interested in this kindly share your cv at WhatsApp - 6353131340 (ref:updazz.com)
