Role Overview



As a

Business Associate

, you will be the face of our campaigns, engaging directly with people to raise awareness and inspire them to support meaningful causes. This role is designed for individuals who are energetic, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career in sales, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with the public in diverse locations (streets, tech parks, retail, events) to promote campaigns. Inspire and onboard new long-term donors through face-to-face interactions. Consistently achieve personal performance targets Maintain professionalism, integrity, and adherence to organizational values in every interaction. Actively participate in training, mentorship, and feedback sessions to accelerate career progression.

Requirements



Education:

Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, etc.)

Core Skills:

Strong communication, confidence, and problem-solving mindset.

Coachability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and team spirit.
