Key Responsibilities:- Maintain SLA metrics for partner tickets and ensure a positive partner experience- Formulate and execute strategies to achieve targeted growth- Handle and guide the office team to meet organizational goals- Use data and market intelligence to drive business insights and actions- Manage the team for daily operations and ensure target achievement- Identify process gaps using data and work toward continuous process improvement- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance performance- Ensure real-time feedback flow and address business impact concerns promptly- Drive internal coordination for smooth operational flowRequired Skills:- Strong team management and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- High ownership and responsiveness in all tasks- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)- Basic knowledge of SQL- Strong numerical and analytical thinking- Ability to create, interpret, and act on reports and performance dashboardsAdditional Requirements:- Must be fluent in Tamil- Experience in team handling and process optimization preferred (ref:updazz.com)
