• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the evaluation of properties, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Collaborate with agents and brokers to gather property information and market data.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and clients.
• Participate in negotiations and assist with contract drafting and review.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Support the business development efforts by identifying new leads and generating referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with real estate software and databases is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
