Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and APIs. - Ability to design and implement scalable integration architectures. - Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
