Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design and deliver effective, innovative, industry best practice and timely solutions. - Create and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and business solutions. - Provide support to Product team as part of design and deployment activities for the delivery of the designed solutions including product expertise, customer testing and training. - Possesses a deep level of industry knowledge and extensive experience in the required business domain. - Excels in handling complex business problems, bringing a wealth of knowledge to identify innovative solutions. - Excels in advanced requirements gathering, demonstrating skills that go beyond the basics. They engage stakeholders effectively through interviews and workshops, utilizing modelling techniques for clear documentation. - To act as a bridge between Product and Delivery to understand requirements, impacts, potential risks and issues and to walk them through the solution journey allowing them to make the best possible design decision. - To advise and influence internal/external parties through structured communication and the use of effective influencing skills. - Manage multiple stakeholders, at all levels, with open and effective communication. - Manage conflicting priorities and effectively communicate any changes. - Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication, change agent and influencing capabilities. - Ability to think strategically and align business objectives with technology solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - In depth understanding of the product lifecycle and delivery of business outcomes - Proven experience as an Agile BA, with a focus on digital transformation projects. - Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in digital transformation contexts. - Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace Agile principles and practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience in leading requirements for large projects/initiatives with the ability to adapt to changes in scope and priority. - Experienced in working in a highly regulated environment, where continual change and agility is the norm. - Experienced in working across multiple disciplines engineering, product, delivery and managing expectations. - Experienced in Continuous Improvement with the ability to systematically identify, analyze, and implement incremental enhancements and optimizations in processes, practices, and products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. - Strong documentation creation and version controls. - Experience with Agile toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Betting and Gaming experience necessary and must.
