Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also engage in discussions to translate business requirements into actionable technology-enabled solutions, ensuring that the implementation of these solutions effectively supports the overall transformation objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions. - Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and impacts of proposed initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 10 years full time education is required.
