Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative business solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
