Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Deep knowledge of D365 SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Work Order Management..). Strong business process mapping (BPMN, gap analysis, requirement gathering). Experience in UAT, training, and documentation for SCM solutions. Understanding of SCM integrations (Finance, Sales, third-party systems). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
