Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: o Support the onboarding of new applications and datasets to TransArch, an Azure-based archive platform designed for long-term storage and retrieval of historical data. o Collaborate closely with application teams, business stakeholders, and DevOps engineers to gather requirements, plan onboarding activities, and ensure successful delivery across SIT, UAT, and PROD environments. o Lead onboarding coordination by managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and ensuring blockers are resolved swiftly. o Translate business and technical requirements into clear onboarding inputs, ensuring alignment between teams and enabling accurate infrastructure deployment and configuration. o Support the onboarding deployment lifecycle by working with GitLab pipelines and configuration files (YAML/Ansible), with a willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities over time. o Monitor onboarding progress, including data ingestion and job execution in Databricks, with support from the DevOps team where needed. o Take ownership of onboarding documentation, including guides, process descriptions, access instructions, and SharePoint pages, making them user-friendly and scalable for broader adoption. o Contribute to improving onboarding processes, templates, and communication practices to ensure efficient and consistent delivery. o Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Professional & Technical Skills: -o Solid planning, coordination, and communication skills with a track record of managing complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders. o Excellent documentation skills; experience creating structured knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and guiding users through complex processes. o Familiarity with cloud concepts, ideally Azure; willingness and ability to grow into a more technical role over time. o Experience working in agile environments using Scrum methodology. o A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute across both business and technical dimensions. o Plus Skills/nice to have o Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., GitLab, YAML, Ansible) is a plus. o Familiarity with Databricks and data platforms is a plus.
