Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: o Expected to be an SME on SAP Test strategy, Test Automation and relevant testing areas o Provide Solutions to Clients on Various Testing tools/Strategies/automation o Work on Developing SAP Testing assets o Collaborate and manage the team to perform. o Responsible for team decisions. o Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. o Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. o Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must Have Skills: Hands on Experience on TOSCA o Good Experience in Test Management o Must have engaged with Multiple clients for end to end test automation o Engaged in solutioning Multiple RFP's pertaining to SAP testing areas o Managed end to end testing cycles on Test Management tools like HP ALM, SAP CALM, OpenText, JIRA etc, o Defined Test Strategy/Test Plan for SAP Testing Cycles o Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. o Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. o Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. o Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 22 years of experience in Test Management tools o Worked on AI Capabilities in Testing. o Has functional or technical knowledge on any one SAP module o This position is based at our Mumbai office. o 15 years full time education is required.
