As a Senior OTM Consultant you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Roles & Responsibilities: o Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects. o Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions. o Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules. o Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems. o Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues. o Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable). o Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment . o Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations. o Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. o Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Professional & Technical Skills: o 15+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). o Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud and should have exposure to both functional and technical areas. o Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures. o Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build and release processes. o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. o Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration. o Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). o This position is based at our Pune office. o 15 years full time education is required. o Good to have: OTM Certifications
