Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable plans, and guiding the implementation of key initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing business cases that support transformation efforts, ensuring that the solutions proposed are both effective and sustainable in the long term. Your role will require a keen understanding of the business landscape and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Testing. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to create detailed business cases that justify proposed solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
