Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, defining business solutions and structures, and developing a business case to achieve the vision. You will be instrumental in driving strategic business decisions and shaping the future direction of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and implementation of business strategies - Analyze business processes and recommend improvements - Ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Grants - Strong understanding of business process analysis - Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans - Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have 8+ Years of Business Analyst Experience on Project Costing / Grants Modules - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
