Summary: As a Clarizen Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to gather insights, and translating these insights into actionable plans that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring that the solutions provided effectively address the identified business challenges and drive value for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that clearly outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Clarizen - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. - Experience in implementation of PPM-Software Clarizen - Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques. Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required.
