Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that align with strategic objectives. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in OpenLink Endur. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
