Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
