Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also engage in discussions to translate business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and sustainable. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technology solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals to support strategic initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
