As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements, developing business solutions, and structures to achieve the vision. Roles & Responsibilities: . o Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience o Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. o Responsible for team decisions. o Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. o Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. o Lead current state assessments to identify high-level customer requirements. o Define business solutions and structures to realize opportunities. o Develop business cases to achieve the vision. o Professional & Technical Skills: o Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub o Strong understanding of SQL and proficient in writing queries. o Experience with data conversion/migration frameworks such as Guidewire PMT and CMT. o Hands-on implementation experience in Datahub solutions for tier 1 insurer o Strong analytical skills to build data mapping from legacy to Guidewire Claims/Policy Data model. o Good understanding of Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuities, Group Insurance domain and work experience in at least one of the operational areas - New Business, Policy Administration, Claims and Billing o Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders. o Contribution to Insurance Capability in driving RFI / RFP and other proposal activities. o Preparing Business process flows and eliciting the business requirements and documenting comprehensive business requirements on the data side o Exposure to Guidewire Data platform products - Explore, Predict, Canvas o Analyze market & technological advancements in the insurance sector and create point of views, white papers, use cases and/or working demo models. o Guidewire certification: Guidewire Certified Specialist - DataHub and InfoCenter Integration o Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM and/or SAFe methodology Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
