Position Overview
We are seeking a
Workforce Operations Administrator
to oversee and manage our company's workforce tracking and operations management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling attendance tracking, monitoring the in/out status of employees, and managing the coordination of field service teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Operations Management
Manage and monitor the daily attendance, including check-ins and check-outs for both office and field employees.
Track employee activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all team movements and schedules.
Field Operations Coordination
Oversee the field service teams, ensuring smooth coordination of client visits and service delivery.
Monitor real-time activity of field staff to ensure timely service and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed reports on employee attendance, field visits, and overall workforce performance.
Maintain accurate records and logs related to workforce data and client visits.
System Administration
Administer and support the attendance management system, ensuring proper functionality.
Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or system improvements.
Employee Support & Training
Provide guidance and training to new employees on system usage and attendance protocols.
Address any system-related issues and support employees in resolving concerns promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with workforce management systems or similar tools (attendance, field operations, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and system administration.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, workforce management, or operational coordination.
Experience in field force coordination or service team management.
Knowledge of attendance and employee tracking systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
