Summary: As a Business and Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that the integration processes are seamless and efficient. You will also oversee the entire project life-cycle, ensuring that each phase, from requirements analysis to deployment, is executed effectively to achieve successful integration outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Looking for person from SAP background who can perform the role of a Service delivery lead role for a large SAP AMS project. - Should have good experience in SAP with experience in leading production support projects. - Should be responsible for Day-to-day operations - Responsible for weekly SLA/KRAs and Monthly SLAs - Should have good communication skills and work with Client business leads. - Should be responsible for project Financials - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project life-cycle management. - Experience with integration strategy development and implementation. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data flows. - Familiarity with various project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
