What will you do?

Represent leadership in internal town halls and communication forums. Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and prepare communication materials. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats. Maintain and update communication templates, dashboards, and reports. Support strategic communication planning and execution. Lead project strategies including stakeholder mapping, requirement gathering, documentation, training, and adoption planning. Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights and support decision-making. Align business requirements with technical implementation in collaboration with digital teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and align business interests. Support change management and tool adoption through structured communication and training.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Who will you report to?

This role reports to the DGM - Global Program Lead. You will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and digital/IT teams. The role is an individual contributor position with high visibility and strategic influence.

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

MBA from a reputed institution. 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, business analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis. Experience in change management and adoption planning is highly desirable. A proactive mindset with a passion for clarity, alignment, and impactful storytelling.
