Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Analytics Trainer to deliver high-quality training to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching business analytics concepts, tools, and techniques, combining theoretical knowledge with real-world business applications to develop analytical and decision-making skills among learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Business Analytics

Teach core topics such as:

Introduction to Business Analytics

Data Analysis for Business Decision-Making

Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics

Excel for Business Analytics

Statistics for Business Analytics

Data Visualization and Dashboarding

Conduct hands-on training sessions, case studies, and projects

Prepare lesson plans, study material, assignments, and assessments

Guide students in business case analysis and mini-projects

Evaluate student performance through tests, presentations, and projects

Stay updated with current trends in analytics, BI tools, and industry practices

Provide mentoring and career guidance to students when required

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Management / Statistics / Computer Science / IT

Industry-recognized certifications in Business Analytics are an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of business processes and analytical methods

Proficiency in tools such as:

MS Excel (Advanced)

SQL

Power BI / Tableau

Python or R (basic to intermediate)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex business and data concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience

1-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or related fields

Teaching, training, or corporate mentoring experience preferred

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and certifications may also be considered
