Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions that effectively blend business theory with hands-on, practical data analysis.
Design and update a curriculum focused on real-world business problems, case studies, and the latest analytical tools.
Conduct hands-on labs using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to teach data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Guide students through the entire analytics lifecycle: from defining business problems and data gathering to analysis, visualization, and presenting actionable insights.
Foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including datasets, case studies, and project guides.
Assess student progress through practical assignments, dashboard creation projects, and presentations.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
5-6 years of hands-on professional experience
in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience in training, mentoring, or teaching with confidence.
Expert, practical proficiency
in the following core Business Analytics tools and concepts:

Advanced Excel:
PivotTables, Power Query, advanced functions, and data modeling.
o
SQL:
Must be strong in writing complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
o
Data Visualization:
Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI
and/or
Tableau
.
o
Statistical Fundamentals:
Strong grasp of descriptive statistics, inference, regression, and forecasting used in business contexts.
o
Business Acumen:
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for domains like Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
o
Python/R for Analytics:
Familiarity with basic data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, ggplot2) is a significant plus.
