Summary:The D&A product and strategy team is seeking a senior manager to lead our Digital BI, product and strategic insights analytics team and drive data-informed decision-making across the function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis with hands-on technical data mining and dashboard visualization skills, business strategy, strategic thinking and leadership. The person will play a pivotal role in providing insights, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive digital adoption. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to leadership team in US to understand business needs and work with his/her India team to implement and deliver on desired business outcomes. The team under this leader will be expected to analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business outcomes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, establish reporting frameworks and present actionable insights through compelling data visualizations and storytelling.Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the analytics strategy in partnership with our U.S. based Digital and Analytics leadership team to support digital product development and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics professionals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices within the digital product and strategy domain
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau, SQL, and Python/R. Provide technical troubleshooting expertise
• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of analytics platforms to support business growth.
• Generate insightful reports and monitor the product performance to identify customer behaviors and trends, providing a deeper understanding of user engagement
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to identify key growth and profitability drivers of a regional insurance portfolio, and to highlight business issues or opportunities
• Translate statistical conclusions into business solutions and facilitate successful implementation in a cross-functional and decentralized global business environment
• Help formulate hypotheses, plan tests, and execute A/B testing on product performance, utilizing a strong understanding of experimental approaches in product launch strategies. Follow up with go-live value measurements to assess strategy effectiveness

• Bachelors or masters degree (preferred) from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or a related field
• 13+ (13-16) years of strong relevant analytics experience (includes 5+ years in leading teams). Experience preferred but not mandatory across digital analytics, digital product management.
• Strong problem solving and hands on expertise with SQL or equivalent querying language
• Experience with data visualization (Tableau preferred) to create dashboards
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills that produce high quality results
• Ability to lead teams and produce actionable insights through collaboration in a matrix team environment
• Understanding of health care industry is a plus.
