Job Description

Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to join our International Digital Transformation team. This role will focus on designing and delivering advanced BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across zones and functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization and analytics, with hands-on experience in leading BI platforms (Power BI preferred), and a passion for creating intuitive dashboards that simplify complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• BI Solution Development:

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools (Power BI preferred). * Data Modeling & Calculations:
Develop robust data models and write advanced calculations (e.g., DAX or equivalent) to support complex business logic. * Data Preparation:
Use ETL capabilities (e.g., Power Query, dataflows, or similar) to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources. * Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual effort. * Performance & Governance:
Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance, adhere to governance standards, and are easy to maintain. * Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on BI best practices and new features; proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and data reliability.
Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. Certifications in BI tools or data visualization are a plus. * Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI development and analytics.
• Expertise in at least one leading BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Strong skills in data modeling, advanced calculations (DAX or equivalent), and ETL processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design user-friendly dashboards aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI Premium features (Fabric, deployment pipelines)
