About the internship
We are building an adventure company to offer unique adventure experiences to thrill-seekers. If you have a passion for adventure sports & traveling and an entrepreneurial drive to grow a startup, this is the perfect place to start your career. You will work directly with the founder, learn many business skills, and get to do adventures along the way.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in website management
2. Creating business policies
3. Vendor / supplier aggregation
4. Identifying right adventure companies to partner
5. Contacting adventure companies for different sports in different regions
6. Conducting KYC and registration of partners
7. Listing of activities on the website
8. Continuous monitoring of activities
9. Updating any changes on the website, for example, date changes, itinerary, etc.
10. Managing customer bookings
11. Answering all customer inquiries via mail, Instagram, WhatsApp, or call
12. Helping customer with any requirements (date change, special requests)
13. Coordinating with relevant adventure company for customer booking
14. Post trip: take feedback from both customer & vendor
15. Multi-tasking roles across different departments
Requirements:
1. Must have an undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing
2. Must have prior internship/work experience in a business development role
3. Must have a good grasp of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Trello, Zoom, etc.
4. Required excellent communication skills
5. Fluent in English & Hindi
6. It is most important to have a passion for adventure sports & traveling
7. Knack for business development & entrepreneurship
