About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing recipe docket with ingredients, cooking procedure with timing, images, etc.
2. Preparing operations manual for kitchen operations, order dispatch procedure
3. Preparing manual for Central kitchen production plan
4. Preparing training manual
5. Preparing and updating the sales & complaints Dashboard required to be flashed on a daily basis
6. Supporting in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, assist with month-end financial reports
