We are hiring a

Freelance Business Analytics Trainer

to train college students in Business Analytics with focus on

Financial Modelling

and

HR Analytics

.

Responsibilities:

Teach core Business Analytics concepts Train students in Financial Modelling (Excel-based models, forecasting, budgeting, valuations) Train students in HR Analytics (workforce metrics, attrition analysis, HR dashboards) Provide hands-on assignments and case studies Prepare students for real-time industry applications

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau Strong domain knowledge in Finance or HR Analytics Ability to simplify analytical concepts for students Prior training experience preferred
