Business Analyst-Python

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager with over Six years of experience in Tableau, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication. This role is critical for identifying business needs and providing data-driven solutions to enhance processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis

: Utilize Tableau, SQL,

Excel

and Python to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Should have good Knowledge of Data Blending techniques, Joins, Relationships and Custom SQL Queries and Data Modeling in Tableau.

Design and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data.

Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Stakeholder Communication

: Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Provide regular project updates, timelines, and status reports to stakeholders.

Process Improvement

: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Optimize data storage and retrieval for different use cases

Reporting & Visualization:

Create detailed reports and visualizations using Tableau to support decision-making processes. Knowledge of Different Type of Charts and Crosstabs, Applying Different types of Actions, and basic knowledge of Servers, Scheduling Refreshes to Data.

Project

Management :

Managing projects while connecting with direct and indirect stakeholders along with team members and resources. Follow

AGILE

framework and help the client improve the business.

Team

Management

Lead and work with team to support business so the deliverables are completed on time and as per customer satisfaction. Also,

actively

work with team members to plan career growth plans and develop their skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree or Post Graduation in business administration, Computer Science, or related field

Should

have good years of relevant experience in Tableau,

SQL,Excel,Project

Management and Team management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Good years of experience as a Manager/Team Lead.

Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization

Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying

Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis

Excellent analytical thinking skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills

Working knowledge of Power BI

Knowledge of deployment through

Cloud .
