Interact the SME's as a Single Point of Contact for Zoho One suite implementation and maintenance
Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work.
Identify the Risks proactively and Take Corrective Actions
Good in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Zoho People, Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail, etc.
Complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
Manage the project Quality, meet delivery timeline and estimates
Implementation, customization and administration of suite of Zoho one applications including ZOHO CRM, Inventory, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books
Understand the business requirements of the client and implement and customize various modules (CRM, Sales, Accounts, HR etc)
Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
Business Intelligence conceptual understanding.
Business process mapping and flow chart preparation, documentation
As-IS process flow analysis and interpretation
Understanding on Database Management System
