About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

to join our

Investments Technology team

focusing on

Investment Performance

. The role involves supporting and expanding the

Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications

within Nuveen. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Asset Management, hands-on experience with performance reporting, and the ability to analyze data and document requirements effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support and enhance investment performance calculation and reporting applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements. Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Analyze and troubleshoot performance data and reporting issues to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide subject matter expertise in performance reporting, investment processes, and IBOR systems across asset classes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

7-10 years of experience working with

Asset Management firms

. 3-5 years of experience in

investment performance calculation and reporting

projects. 3-5 years of experience working with

IBOR systems

supporting multiple asset classes. Strong SQL skills to query, analyze, and validate data. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in

IT, Computer Science, or a related field

from an accredited university.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of

Leveraged Loans

asset class. Familiarity with

FactSet

and

Eagle Performance

platforms. Working knowledge of

Jira

and

Confluence

for project tracking and collaboration.

CFA or CIPM certifications

are a strong plus.
