Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the delivery of regulatory change initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of identity controls, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage complex change programmes across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory change programmes Manage stakeholder engagement across 1LoD and 2LoDs, Compliance, and IT. Oversee programme budgets, resources, and delivery timelines. Coordinate the development of business cases, user requirements, and functional specifications. Present programme updates to senior management and regulatory bodies. Drive performance and promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Experience and Qualifications:

7-9 years of experience in change delivery within investment banking or global markets. Proven track record managing regulatory programmes and identity access management initiatives. Strong knowledge of Markets trading and control architecture. Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Alteryx. Familiarity with trade and transaction reporting regulations, including Block Account Reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
