Business Analyst.
Job description:

• Implement & Support new system for Operational Risk Management with specific focus on ServiceNow Implementation, Configuration, Training and Support.
• Conduct testing of New system of ServiceNow and interface and utility around it.
• Analyses, translate, and articulate Business concepts updated in Functional Specification into Test scenario/ User Stories and there by conduct UAT at granular level.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are accurately captured and share feedback as needed as per the test results.
• Coordinating with the development team, business analysts and the product owner to get an in-depth understanding of software requirement propose to be delivered.
• Analysis, design, implementation and execution of testing tasks/results.
• Support training the users/ post go-live queries / issues for these requirements .
• Maintaining all evidences, all records , communication intact as part of Project documentation
• Creating project update and dashboards.

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge / working experience of Risk Domain (Operational Risk management knowledge about RCSA, KRI, Loss Data Capture, Scenario Analysis, Stress Testing as well as Ops Risk Cap Charge Computation.)
• Knowledge of Banking domain.
• Extensive application testing experience. Knowledge about project management concepts.
• Previous working knowledge / implementation experience of ServiceNow Platform or any other risk management tool (example - SAS, Archer etc) will be an added advantage.
• Quick grasping ability, especially to handle testing with computational Results, threshold etc.
• Proficiency in MS office and having good communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
