Role Overview
We are building an AI Factory to transform HR operations, decision-making, and employee experience through AI-driven solutions. The Business Analyst / Functional Consultant - HR (AI/ML) will bridge business needs with AI-powered technology solutions, ensuring HR capabilities are designed, deployed, and continuously improved for measurable business impact.
You will work closely with HR, IT, and AI engineering teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement AI/ML-enabled HR products and services.
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR stakeholders to
translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
for AI-powered HR solutions.
Map HR processes
(talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, performance, learning, workforce planning, etc.) and identify opportunities for AI/ML enhancement.
Conduct
feasibility studies
for AI/ML use cases in HR, balancing innovation with compliance, ethics, and governance.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, test, and deploy HR AI solutions.
Create
functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
for development teams.
Support
data preparation, quality checks, and model training
for HR AI/ML initiatives.
Ensure alignment with
HR compliance frameworks
, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
Lead
user acceptance testing (UAT)
and post-implementation reviews to ensure adoption and ROI.
Provide
end-user training, documentation, and change management support
.
Stay ahead of HR tech and AI/ML trends to recommend emerging tools and capabilities.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's or master's in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
Overall, 15 years of experience, 8 - 12 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in HR technology and process consulting, and rollouts of large-scale applications at regional and worldwide scale and being worked in AI/ML business cases for 3 years or having experience applying AI/ML solutions in HR systems or HR data analytics.
Mandatory/requires Skills:
HR Domain Expertise - Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.* AI/ML in HR - Proven experience applying AI/ML in HR (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbots, talent intelligence, skills mapping).* Business Analysis Skills - Requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specification writing.* HR Technology Platforms - Experience with at least one major HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.*
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GenAI applications in HR (e.g., AI copilots, natural language search, automated content creation).* Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI).* Exposure to people analytics tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).* Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and HR chatbot frameworks.* Certification in AI in HR or People Analytics.*
