About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience in Figma for wireframes and UI flows, and practical knowledge of industry-specific software projects (such as ERP, CRM, IoT, or SaaS platforms).
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to communicate design and functionality clearly.
Collaborate closely with the development, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct process mapping, identify gaps, and suggest improvement opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and requirement workshops.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Track project progress and prepare business and technical documentation.
Understand product vision and contribute to feature planning and prioritization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT product development.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma -- wireframes, user flows, and design collaboration.
Proven experience in preparing BRD, SRS, FRD, and Use Case diagrams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of software workflows and industry standards (ERP, CRM, IoT, or service management platforms preferred).
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
Exposure to UI/UX principles or interaction design.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Domain knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, parking, or support management systems is a plus.
