Role Overview

We are seeking a

Business Analyst / Delivery Manager

who will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. This is a

customer-facing role

where you will manage project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and build strong client relationships while driving business value through our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams. Oversee project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards. Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and presentations to track progress and capture feedback. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track. Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and requirement scoping. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support business growth.

Requirements

Graduate degree is mandatory;

B.Tech / MBA preferred

1-3 years of experience

in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Client Management. Proven ability to manage

customer-facing roles

with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, startup environment

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
