Job Title: Business General Manager Company: NIPCO Group Location: Plot-115, Sector-5, Kalinga Marg, Vaishali, Ghaziabad Type: Full-time | Mid-Senior Level

The Business General Manager should be an experienced lady who will work directly with the Managing Director as his key assistant in overseeing daily business operations, improving productivity, and supporting overall business growth. The role requires an individual with strong analytical ability, exceptional multitasking skills, and a high IQ level to handle diverse responsibilities across departments. Primary Responsibilities 1. Daily Factory Reporting & Operations Control Take daily reports from all factory departments including production, maintenance, quality, dispatch, and admin. Ensure production targets, manpower status, and machine performance are updated and shared with the MD. Monitor and fulfill daily requirements of the factory such as raw materials, manpower shortage, machine-related needs, and administrative issues. Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and ensure smooth workflow. 2. Vendor Management & Procurement Support Develop and manage vendors for materials, consumables, services, and factory requirements. Evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, and timely deliveries. Negotiate rates and create an approved vendor list. Ensure no shortage of materials by maintaining minimum stock levels and coordinating with purchasing teams. Additional Key Responsibilities 3. HR & Workforce Management Plan manpower requirements for Production, Sales, Accounts, Admin, & Logistics. Create clear job descriptions for each role. Manage recruitment, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees. Track daily attendance, overtime, shift planning, and leaves. Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive and compliant work environment. 4. Process & Operations Management Understand processes of each department and prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Review day-to-day workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Coordinate between departments for smooth operations and communication. Submit weekly and monthly operational MIS reports to the Managing Director. 5. Performance Monitoring Define KPIs for Production, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Admin teams. Conduct performance reviews and departmental improvement meetings. Track productivity data and implement corrective actions for low-performing areas. 6. Culture Building & Team Coordination Build a transparent, disciplined, and politics-free workplace. Resolve conflicts neutrally and encourage collaboration. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team harmony while keeping employee morale high. Eligibility Criteria Education Graduate in Business Management. MBA or PG in HR preferred. Experience Minimum 3-4 years in HR, including 3 years of recruitment & training experience. Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Energy sectors preferred. Skills Required Strong communication & leadership abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities. Knowledge of hiring processes, HR laws, and training methods. Proficiency in Google Sheets, reporting formats, and data analysis. High learning ability and strong IQ level to support strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
